Mango & Passion Fruit Lassi

This recipe was prepared using a Braun PureMix Countertop Blender. 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (soft to touch)
  • 13 ripe passion fruit, pulp removed and strained
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • A pinch of ground cardamom

  1. Slice the flesh away from either side of the mango pit, then scoop the mango flesh away from the skin.
  2. The mango pulp can then be frozen until you are ready to serve.
  3. First, pour the orange juice into the Braun PureMix Blender. Add the mangoes, passion fruit, yoghurt and ground cardamom.
  4. Press the On/Off button, then select “Liquify” to start. Using the drip opening in the measuring cap, add the honey while blending. Press “Liquify” again to stop, once it’s reached the desired consistency.
  5. For even finer results just hit the ‘Pulse” button to give a short burst of maximum power.
  6. Pour into tall glasses to serve.
