Ingredients

  • 8 oz. watermelon
  • 1 small cucumber peeled, diced
  • 1 ½ pounds tomatoes, about 4 medium
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  1. Remove seeds and cut the watermelon into pieces. Place in a bowl.
  2. Then add the cucumber, tomatoes, and vinegar. Blend all the ingredients using Braun’s Multiquick Hand blender with blending shaft attachment. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
