Nut Butter with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt, or more to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Blend the cooled nuts with the Braun MultiQuick 9 Hand blender. Make the mixture as smooth or chunky as you like. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve.
  3. Serve with sliced fennel, celery sticks, apple wedges, endive, radishes, carrots, or crackers.
