This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Hand Blender with its blending shaft and beaker attachments.
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp low-fat buttermilk
- Add the dill, mustard, vinegar and honey to the beaker. Then attach the Braun MultiQuick 5 hand blender to the blending shaft attachment. Blend mixture together, starting out on low speed and increasing on high speed until mixture is blended.
- Add the olive oil and blend on low speed at first and then increase to high speed for a couple of seconds until mixed well.
- Finally add the buttermilk on low speed, increase on high speed until mixture is creamy. Serve immediately over salad or store in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid for a later time. Shake it up when ready to use. The dressing also makes a great dip for carrots or other vegetables.
